Here’s how it works:

Initiate your return

Log in to your account and go to “My Orders”. Select the item you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate your free return label.

Send your item back

Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and attach the pre-paid return label provided.

Receive your refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

• The free returns policy applies only within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, undamaged, clean, and preferably in the original packaging.
